{"id":1667,"date":"2024-12-30T16:11:16","date_gmt":"2024-12-30T08:11:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elitecommunicationpr.com\/?p=1667"},"modified":"2024-12-30T18:30:40","modified_gmt":"2024-12-30T10:30:40","slug":"mui-properties-shares-suspended-pending-material-announcement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elitecommunicationpr.com\/zh\/mui-properties-shares-suspended-pending-material-announcement\/","title":{"rendered":"MUI Properties shares suspended pending material announcement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Trading of Mui Properties Bhd shares has been suspended today at the company&#8217;s request, pending a material announcement.<\/p>\n<p>The suspension started at 10.40am, the property developer said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.<\/p>\n<p>In early session today, the stock rose as much as 1.15 per cent to 44 sen from Friday&#8217;s close of 43.5 sen prior to the suspension.<\/p>\n<p>Its market capitalisation stood at RM332.4 million.<\/p>\n<p>The Main Market-listed company posted a net loss of RM11.8 million in the first quarter ended Sept 30, 2024 due to the unrealised net loss on foreign exchange incurred by investment holding subsidiaries.<\/p>\n<p>Its revenue grew more than 80 per cent to RM34.7 million, driven by the higher construction progress of the Antmed project in Bandar Springhill, Negri Sembilan.<\/p>\n<p>Mui Properties&#8217; largest shareholders are Marco Polo Trading Bhd with a 26.59 per cent stake, followed by Malayan United Industries Bhd (23.48 per cent) and United Review (M) Sdn Bhd (6.07 per cent).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Trading of Mui Properties Bhd shares has been suspended today at the company&#8217;s request, pending a material announcement.
